*A note about our crowdfunding campaign: it’s on Fundly, which is basically the same as the more familiar GoFundMe, but better suited for non-profits. There are pre-set tiers (and rewards) for donating, but you can also enter your own amount. Really, truly, every dollar helps! Are you the crafty sort? We are planning to have a presence at a variety of yard sales, craft fairs, and farmers markets for the foreseeable future, as well as having items available for sale through our Facebook page. Not the crafty sort but want to support our crafters? We have an Amazon wishlist and an Etsy list of supplies our crafters use and have requested. These items can be shipped to us and we will distribute them to our crafters.

Resources on the Eastern Shore are few, and what exists is spread thin. This is why connection to mainland shelters is a vital part of any sustainable TNR program in northern Accomack County.

If you live outside the county, contact the rescues and shelters in your area and ask them if they ever take transports from high-need, high-kill areas. We can do the transporting, we just need places to go. Our vision is to have a network of many shelters who can each take 6-10 kittens from us over the course of any given year. Get a contact name and number, give them ours, and help us get Accomack County kittens out into that big beautiful world of forever homes!
