All cats presented for services through NACC’s TNR program must remain in a humane live trap at all times for the safety of caretakers, veterinary staff, and program volunteers.

All cats being presented for TNR services face some level of risk during handling, anesthesia, and surgery, and I agree to hold Northern Accomack Community Cats & VBSPCA harmless if complications result in injury or death to the cat. Cats evaluated and deemed too severely ill or injured for surgery will be humanely euthanized per the veterinarian’s discretion.

All cats will receive a mandatory “ear tip” to signify that they have been TNR’d.

The fee is $25 per cat, payable to Northern Accomack Community Cats.

All caretakers and trappers are responsible for their own safety while trapping and holding the cats, both before and after surgery, and during release. I further acknowledge that I have been given instructions from a NACC volunteer about best practices for trapping, holding, and recovery.

NACC’s TNR program’s services are available only to feral/community/unowned cats within northern Accomack county; to the best of my knowledge, the cats I am presenting for TNR services are unowned and reside in NACC’s operational area.
