Colony Registration Form

A colony is a group of free-roaming, feral or stray cats that live together and share a specific territory, usually centered around a consistent food source.

NACC will assist you in your TNR efforts with 1 cat, a colony of many cats, or several colonies. Colonies must have an identified feeder/caretaker/responsible party for us to work with you. We do not trap random cats with no one to speak for them. Please complete the below form for EACH colony that you are managing.

We will use this information to contact you for more details. Your information will never be shared outside NACC without your permission.

The cost is $25 per cat and includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, and ear tip. Ear tips are mandatory….NO exceptions.

Please be aware that we have a waiting list! Upon receiving this form, we will enter you into our database and onto our waiting list, which can be a few months long at any given time.
